Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. only deliver to the United Kingdom (the Channel Islands and, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands will incur additional charges). All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure you keep the receipt and Delivery Note enclosed with your goods.

Products added to your Shopping Basket, will have the appropriate delivery charge added automatically. Carriage charges will always be displayed prior to you confirming your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to courier terms and conditions. Delivery is next working day in the majority of cases dependent on couriers and stock levels.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm an exact time of delivery though times can be narrowed as follows on stock items Standard 48-72 HRS, Express 24 HRS, Next day before 12, Next day before 10. (additional charges may apply) will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to adhere to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Deliveries will be attempted at your chosen address on the following day if the first delivery was unsuccessful. If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection, you may pay an extra charge for a third attempt on delivery. If you cannot collect your goods within 5 days or have not paid for the re-delivery then it will be returned to All returned orders to will be refunded via the method of payment; you will incur a charge for the attempted deliveries. A restocking charge of 20% may also be applied.


You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.


If you need to return a product purchased from then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a re-stockable and re-salable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also be returned.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we may offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 8 working days. Returns found to have no fault or missing parts will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and return carriage at the arrangement and cost of the returnee.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
